Our Big Fish Recommendation
Surefire Premium Processing is a Big Fish. It does business with everyone from the National Bank of Canada, to AOL and American Airlines. They're even in partnership with Actinic, the creators of the world-famous shopping cart software. To read the full press release, click here. You see, in short, Surefire processes over $1.5 billion for it's partners each year. As you might expect from a company of this magnitude, reliability and peace of mind come as standard. A dedicated team of technicians and customer service staff are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Surefire's state of the art processing centre has back-up after back-up for security purposes. Spare generator systems so power-cuts won't affect the service. Extra links to the Internet so that slow or blocked lines won't affect the service. Complete climate control to prevent any systems problems as a result of overheating or the cold. Full-time security guards, industry-standard virus protection and constantly backed-up data resulting in total protection for their clients. As you might imagine, a Big Fish like Surefire will only deal with large companies. How large? Well. I was surprised, so maybe you will be too... At first, the company states that you must be processing at least $1 million per year to be considered a Big Fish by them. However, on closer inspection it would appear there are "special cases" that your business may fall into. These include a company processing $100,000 a year but demonstrating rapid growth or a reasonably sized offline company setting up for the first time on the Internet. Now, personally having researched this company in great detail, and having satisfied ourselves here that Surefire is the very creme-de-la-creme, I'd take a chance. You see, I've seen the reliability they have built into their systems as standard, and haven't seen it matched by any other merchant processor on the Internet. And once you've experienced it too, I think you'll agree that it's definitely worth a bash at applying... As you might imagine, applying for a "Big Fish" merchant account with Surefire isn't just a matter of filling in a form and waiting a couple of minutes for an automatically generated email. These guys are very thorough. I'm glad to say that it seems that Surefire has adopted a policy that it seems virtually every other company on the Internet has forgotten about. Personal service. You simply fill in their contact form and they will contact you in person, at a time that would be most convenient for you, for a no-obligation chat about your company and what they might be able to do for you. Even more importantly, they assure me you won't be contacted by some office junior with a script but rather a highly trained sales director with full, hands-on experience of their systems. Someone who knows what it's like to be in your position and who will go out of their way to answer any questions you may have accurately and succinctly. Anyway, I've told you what I know. It's time you visited Surefire's website to take a look for yourself. Please take a minute to fill in their contact form - you're under no obligation whatsoever and you might just get the offer you've been hoping for. Oh, and let me know how you get on - whether you agree with our recommendation. My email address is: . Click here now to visit their website.
