A Major Update At Last!
I've been through every page of the site, updating it, ensuring all links work, and adding *loads* of new content.
Keep your eyes peeled at the articles page (http://www.merchantaccountforum.com/articles/) or the Site Map page (link at the bottom of every page) to see all the new information.
Of course, if you're a newsletter subscriber, I'll send you out the best bits automatically, but here are two new morsels of information to start you off with:
- Are You A Head Case?! - http://www.merchantaccountforum.com/headcase.html
- Success Alert Book Review - http://www.merchantaccountforum.com/successalert.html
Expect plenty more posts here and updates as a few new projects I've been working on come online. I hope you like the new slightly modified page layout!
Take care,
Richard

Exciting Autoresponder Improvement
The value for money is amazing, the customer service is fast, the features are unrivalled and growing all the time and there is a free option available for you to test drive their software.
So I'm excited to announce their latest upgrade...
The only limitation on their service previously was that though you could have unlimited messages lined up in the autoresponder, you could only actually operate one autoresponder on each account.
This meant that if you wanted one mailing list maintainted for free newsletter subscribers, one for a paid membership, one for buyers of each of your products, one for advertising contacts etc. it started to get rather expensive. Getting an account for each one was pretty pricey!
However, now they're allowing unlimited autoresponders in their latest update!

WorldPay Raises Setup Fees
Whilst WorldPay have many benefits for non-US businesses requiring a merchant account, including their excellent payment protection scheme, we have heard too many negative stories to actively support them here at this site.
We too have had a few nasty experiences.
We are still recommending Durango for non-US businesses.
Globill Out Of Business
Their website is no longer allowing signups for their third party merchant account service, nor for affiliates.
There have been no replies to our emails and it would seem to be true - Globill is now out of business.
Should you hear to the contrary please let me know.

Merchant Account Forum Update
Unfortunately we had our computers stolen earlier in the year and it has taken us this long to get everything set up again at our end.
We are now beginning a major overhaul and update of the site and you should find plenty more of interest over the coming months.
Lastly, we apologise for any unanswered emails that you may have sent us recently. We are in the process of answering all emails.
Best regards,
Richard
